Today, we had a family of 3 from Malaysia. They booked a private tour of Ephesus with us. We picked them from Saint John Hotel in Selcuk. The family made the hotel booking through our recommendation and were very pleased with their stay.
Saint John hotel is a boutique class hotel which has 22 rooms. Located in Selcuk town. (Selcuk is the modern name of Ephesus) The hotel is in walking distance to Selcuk town center and many restaurants. For the travellers who are travellng with a rental car. There are many parking opportunities.
We picked the guests from Saint John Hotel and made a fullday tour of Ephesus including traditional Turkish lunch. The highlights of the tour were: Basilica of St. John, Ancient City of Ephesus and Village of Sirince.
For land travellers we offer private tours of Ephesus. We recommend the guests to stay in small boutique hotels of Selcuk. It takes 45 minutes by car from Izmir Airport to access Selcuk town. For day trips besides Ephesus such as Pamukkale, Aphrodisias, Priene, Pergamon... Selcuk has a great location. It is in the heart of all the main attractions.

Cost of private tour of Ephesus starting and ending at Izmir AIrport: 250 Euros (Total to be paid for your party of 3)
* Above rate is NOT a per person rate. It is total to be paid for your group.
* The above rate is for a private tour. You will be the only ones in the vehicle besides your personal tour guide and driver.
* You will skip the lines. Tour guides have priorities to obtain the tickets.

* There is no prepayment required for the reservation. To avoid disappointment, we recommend making your private tour reservation at earliest possible.
Payment Terms
Private Tour Payments can be made in Euros, Turkish Liras, British Pounds and US Dollars cash at the end of the tour. There is no prepayment required for the booking. We only accept cash payments. Entrance fees can be paid with credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a tour 72 hours in advance of your tour departure without any charges. If you would like to cancel a tour, simply send us an email and we will be happy to assist you. Once you are within the 24-hour tour departure window, the tour becomes non-refundable. This is because our guide and vehicle have set aside space to accommodate your request and will often not be able to fill that space with another customer so close to departure. For cruise passengers, there is no cancellation fee if your ship does not call to the port for any reason.
Tour Starting Times
This will be your private tour, the tour starting times are flexible. We can start and end the tour anytime you wish. But please consider that the sites have opening and closing hours once making a decision, please consider these hours.
