Payment can be made in Euro, Turkish Liras or US Dollar cash at the end of the tour. There is no prepayment required for the booking.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel a tour 72 hours in advance of your tour departure without any charges. If you would like to cancel a tour, simply send us an email and we will be happy to assist you. Once you are within the 24 hour tour departure window, the tour becomes non-refundable. This is because our guide and vehicle have set aside space to accommodate your request and will often not be able to fill that space with another customer so close to departure.

I was sent your request for info. I used this company for a one day tour out of Kusadasi in October 2015 off HAL Zuiderdam . WE took the "Christian Ephesus" tour which was outstanding and far beyond our expectations. It included everything we needed including a pleasant relaxed lunch, all of the ancient Ephesus, House of Mary and Basilica of St John. Our guide was beyond wonderful. He knew his history for both the ruins and the Christian church as a muslim scholar. The cost for our group of 10 was very reasonable ( less than 20 Euroos per person plus gratuity) Here is their description in 2015:
